Personality Profiling

Shirley is qualified to run 3 different types of Personality Profiling (Psychometric Testing), including SHL for more in-depth work, and Thomas for ease of use. She can analyse and give feedback, which can be used for a number of purposes:-

  • As a development tool
  • For recruitment screening
  • As part of a coaching assignment/redundancy situation
  • To raise personal awareness
  • As part of a team building session

Shirley can also carry out Aptitude tests for a variety of skill-sets, and can design bespoke testing for recruitment campaigns in order to narrow down on selecting from a large number of applicants.
