Shirley has introduced Talent Management into a large European organisation.

This involved:-

  • Identifying competencies
  • Designing the system
  • Training the managers, and
  • Assessing the first layer of managers

A formal succession plan was then able to be created from this data.

The above could not have been carried out without the initial task of designing a competency framework.
