The company has extensive experience in designing appraisal systems as well as Personal Development Reviews for all types of employees.
The systems are very different dependant on the type of employee, whether linked to pay, and whether competency or target based.
Blue Collar schemes are more generic, however it is possible to design an appropriate scheme for your business.
These can be target/objective based, or designed to measure competencies.
We have examples of previous designs to cover specific groups of employees, and can help to introduce the right one into your organisation.

Additionally we can train your managers on how to run these, and to get their 'buy-in' to a scheme. We have a set of 'killer questions' which are part of the process (including answers).
